Data and purpose
The enquiry form collects the professional/private enquiry type, chosen website language, name, company where relevant, email, optional telephone, message and confirmation that the privacy notice was read. The server adds the source, receipt time and privacy-notice version. These data are used to understand and reply to the enquiry and, where requested, prepare a possible proposal. The website has no user accounts, client area or separate enquiry database. Direct email and WhatsApp messages are also processed to answer the conversation through the relevant communications provider. No passport, payment, health, allergy or minors’ data is requested; please do not include such data or unnecessary information about other travellers.
Technical data
When the website or form is used, the hosting and security infrastructure may process the IP address, user agent, requested URL, time and diagnostic information needed to deliver the service, prevent abuse and investigate failures. Curated For You does not use this information for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis
Enquiry data is processed to take steps requested by the person before a possible contract or service relationship. Security and abuse-prevention processing relies on the legitimate interest in keeping the website and enquiry channel reliable. Processing required by law relies on the corresponding legal obligation. The form checkbox records that the privacy notice has been read; it is not marketing consent.
Recipients and providers
Enquiry data is not sold and is not shared for marketing. It may be handled by Curated For You, the website hosting and security platform (Vercel), the communication service chosen by the visitor and the form-delivery provider once selected. External delivery of the online form must not be enabled until that provider, its location, subprocessors and processing terms have been approved and reflected in this notice.
Retention
Enquiry messages must be kept only while needed to answer and manage the potential relationship and afterwards for any period required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The precise operational deletion schedule and the retention settings of Vercel and the future delivery provider must be approved before external form delivery is enabled. The application’s temporary anti-abuse counter gives each in-memory IP-address bucket a ten-minute validity; expired buckets are ignored and cleared during later processing or instance recycling.
Rights
People may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@curatedforyou.eu. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es or another competent supervisory authority.
Payments
No payment is requested or processed on this website. There is no online checkout and no client account area. If a booking or payment flow is introduced in the future, it will be covered by its own terms and, where required, its own consent.

Links that open external services — such as starting a WhatsApp conversation — take you to those services under their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing from them is embedded in or loaded by this website.
International transfers and security
Vercel and its subprocessors may process service data in the United States or other locations under the transfer mechanisms described in its data-processing terms. The contracted plan, subprocessors and safeguards require final review. The selected email or form-delivery provider and its transfer mechanism must be added to this notice before external form delivery is enabled. The website validates enquiries on the server and does not expose the delivery destination in the browser; no method can guarantee absolute security.
Automated decisions
The website does not use enquiry data for automated decision-making, profiling, advertising or newsletters.
